    sucking lbs.

    whats the most weight you ever had to drop in the shortest amount of time?
    i had to lose 24 lbs. in two days. effen sucked.

    all water. i I lost 12 lbs. the first day in wrestling practice. 3 at the gym that night. 1 in my sleep. six in practice the next day. and two at the gym that night. i wore a sauna suit and a **** load of layers. so yes it is definilty possible. i had to do it a few times.

    24 lbs in 2 days? wow. i've heard of 15, but never 20. that's crazy. did u drink any water whatsoever?

    It can be done, with some enimas, laxitives, and a lot of will power.

    I lost 10 lbs in one day and I didnt even try. All I did was not drink any fluids and not shower until after weigh in.

    I think it just depends on how hydrated you are normally.
    Some people are very bad at keeping themselves hydrated. Actually most people walk around dehydrated.
    So if you walk around naturally well hydrated, then cutting weight is not so bad.

    I think anything over 15 lbs is dangerouse, and hard for the body.

    It is definitly not good to do it often.

    This year for wrestling i have to loss 10 pounds in 6 hours for a meet. Its hard but not imposable. Plastics help alot too

    NO it is mainly water wieght.
    Remember the body is 70% water. ( something like that)

    you must have been really saturated w/ water!! Plus you probably a big guy! I remember i lost 5lbs in 40minutes... the most ive done was proabaly 14 in two days... 12lbs in practice... thats pretty crazy bro!!

    I think its possible, this one kid that use to be on our team when I was a freshman weighed 150 natural weight and cut to 112. He would weight like 140 on monday and work his way down to 112 by the end of the week. Thats how it was for him every week.
