Anyone have any good stretch routines for flexibility
Anyone have some good stretching workouts. Stretching is essential in fighting, I have a decent one that I do but I was wondering what anyone else does. I want to be like Frank Dux in Bloodsport where he does the splits with his feet on two chairs

If you want to do the splits you just have to go slow and breath and stretch your whole body for at least 30 min a day.
In 3 months you should get there!

This might sound very stupid but my new girlfriend does Yoga, and i have some back pain, one night has she was doing her nightly yoga session she asked me to try it with her.
This Yoga really helps strech every muscle in the body, a good routine can last from 20 minutes to an hour ( in my case i do one session in the morning and another one at night).
If you do decide to go out and get a good yoga routine be sure to do this on an empty stomach, the streching can be very hard at first but beleive me you will feel very good after a session.
