Not really, its a pure MMA combining anything you have in your arsenal. I think a good background is M.T. with either JJ, BJJ or Judo.Quote:

Its not a hi-jack. Classes here in Ireland are very cheap. Most cost members from 3-5 Euro (about $5 max) a class. Black belts don't pay anywhere.Quote:
