some bare knuckle fighters have been known to use cheque drops to boost agression. This is an extremely toxic oral steroid which is applied by dropping under the tongue prior to a fight or heavy lift.

the juice will help physically, psycholgically while on cycle. even off cycle, you're going to e mch bigger than you were before.
this is an advantage, but if fights are truly a concern for you, you should train for fighting. if you do a serious full contact art, you will quickly lose any any fear of getting hit and fell dramaticly more confident and effective in fights.

fina put me on edge and made me try to fight almost everyone if they pissed me off. hahhaa
fina has also been almost completely abandoned by fighters because you get tired so quickly. if the fight isn't over quick, you lose every time.
