nice kick, tho im surprised at that level the guy in the glasses seemed to focus only on the guys lower body and not put up any guards

True power of tae kwon do right there, but why where they not wearing a head gear????????.
hrmm last night when i saw it looked like he was wearing glasses...rewatched it and it was something diff with the cam
Yeah, seems like all TKD Tournaments Ive been to they had HD gear on. I guess they're living dangerously now! :scratch:Quote:

You are right headgear protect has long has the its not clean, bu that kick was perfect.
I can't wait to get back into action.
I competed in tae kwon do for over 7 years and even with the head gear i saw some pertty good knockouts, spinning back kick where the most impressive.
I love tae kwon do but its not a complete sport, they should really have more hand technics.
Yannick I love the spinning back kick. But mess it up and your in deep shit.
Tae kwon do is pertty flashy but you are right and for defense its not the best art out there.
The counter back kick is its best defense, when a guy rush into you or gives you a wheel kick but the timing can be perfect.
THe seisei near my house has a mix of karate styles and tae kwon do, should be very interesting.
