    its too bad that martial arts is being phased out from most law enforcement agencies and being replaced with simple non-lethal procedures (tasor, pepperspray, etc.)

    in that scenerio, they wouldnt have had time to draw and fire accurately - to the time he wouldve had to kill her with his knife

    Again I agree with you, they are heading towards those types of tactics. I've been training alot in hand to hand combat, Judo, crappling etc.. to better myself in the years to comes.

    yeah i heard they were changing from the tradition Arm Bar Takedown and other useless tactics to more practical and effective street maneavers

    I cant believe they took the chokehold away from police, a damn shame.
