    Weight training for judo??

    Does anybody here with at least 3 -5 yrs knowledge of judo,know of any weight training programmes specifically for judo...I train monday and wednesday!!! Thanks

    My comment on this site is that it is very good, and keeps the people of ireland upto date on events etc! 5*...
