    Blood dopeing ???

    Do you guys know any thang about blood dopeing? All try anythang to get my cardio up!!

    Get your cardio up by running long distance one day and the next cardio session do short sprints...unless you are training for an event.

    I do sprints and wrestel 4 times a week box twice. My cardio if fine for normal shi# Im talking about for a mma fight or wrestling turnie. but it semes to me that blood doping is old school epo is the way to go now days.

    got to get the edge!!!

    I hate to say it but if you can wrestle 3 hard periods, you're in 90% better shape than most people. I've been boxing and doing brazilian jiu jitsu for awhile now, by my standards I am not in good cardiovascular shape. By everyone else's standards I have amazing endurance, wrestling in college still takes the cake .

    A good indicator of cardio is your mile time, post it up.

    Thats just it bro I can barly run a mile becouse I get such a pump however long distance has no efect on wrestling. I have alot of muscle 6% bf so it takes alot of oxegen to keep my bodie going. So im thinking by giveing my self more red blood cell to take more oxegen to the muscle it will fix my problem. EPO sounds like the cure to me.
