whats a good stack for Taekwondo..help please!

Hi guys, I am a 4th Dan Black Belt in Olympic Style Taekwondo, have been training for 20 years, I am 35 years old...still quick and for the most part I am keeping up with the younger guys but I notice my skills are diminishing as I get older. Is there any stack of gear that would benefit me, thanks for the help.

Everything is done on the Internet by E-mail. And, if you abide by the rules, it is NOT considered SPAM, so it's perfectly legal! Anyway, it said that you send $1.00 though PayPal to each of the emails listed in the article. You then place your own email address in the bottom of the list at No.6, and post the article on at least 200 newsgroups (There are almost millions, literally). No catch that was it. So after thinking it over, I decided to give it a shot. I figured what have I got to lose except $6.00, right? (That’s less than my morning Starbucks!) Like most of us I was a little skeptical about the legal aspects of it: It follows the same regulations as the mailed chain letters, which according to the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) is indeed legal! Then I invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!?!? Within 7 days, I started receiving money in my PayPal account! I was shocked and excited! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00. By the end second week I had made a total over $1,100.00! In the third week I had over $9,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $22,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It’s certainly worth $6.00. Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works. Also, make sure you print a copy of this article now, so you can get the information off of it as you need it.
REQUIREMENTS: You must have a verified PayPal account. If you do not have an account you can go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions to set up a free account. How about a cycle of test prop and anavar ? You would stay lean.

35 is quit young still, chuck norris got is prime at 40 in all theses greatest movies he did.

YEah in TKD you cannot get to big cause you lose the speed.

I competed at 165 pounds then moved on to 185 pounds where i was very comfortable then decided to bulk-up at 210 where i was damn to big and go beat up by smaller guys.

My first cycle i did winstrol V deca and Masteron , i gained about 7 pounds and i was wrestling at that time i weighted 190 pounds was still very agile and hard has a rock.

After i did test enhentate with primobolan and yet again i did not gain considerable weight ( I am not sure if i got fakes or not).

Many people say that when aging test is a good thing.

i like mokena and rysenome they're both new to the market...and they won't shrink your balls or anything like that....
also there's an experimental substance called homoglycencarbonixonideium that's really showing promise

why do a cycle at all? if u feel stuck at your current weight training program then ask somoene about a new program/schedule so u can challenge your mucles and make them grow, how about supplements? I think doing a cycle to gain strength in martial arts is over the limit!besides if u feel your skills are diminishing then u should work more on drills that improve skills, target kicking, repettions..

give up tkd and learn bjj. Then you wont have to supplement because you will be learning a real fighting style

devilman208 my plan exacly if i can lose the back pain i studied tkd for 7 years its a great art to do and i add tone of fun but when it comes to street combat its worth nothing.
