can anybody tell me
a good muay thai trainning program im doing
mon/ chest/tri/ run 2miles fast
tues/ run 4miles slow/ muay thai
wed/ back/ run 2miles fast
thurs/ 4miles slow/ muay thai
fri/ shoulders/ bis/ 2 miles fast
sat/am. 8miles slow/ pm. muay thai
sun/ rest maybe a swim.
i have a lot of fat to lose at the min. so could anybody help me

Why are you training 7 days a week ?
There is no need to train that much...your body needs rest even the top athletes in the world have rest days.
As for your diet yes go to diet forum.

fino, unless you have a competition coming up i would recommend saving some energy for the kickboxing, dont burn out running and lifting. thai training should come first if thats what you want to improve in.
plus if you train with the extra load on once it comes off you will get super speed
