Cardio, light weight, high reps workout plan . . .

okay so this is the deal . . i've been bodybuilding for 3 years . . my main goal was to just get huge . . I did heavy weights, low reps . . i'm now focusing my training to boxing and mma . . so I want to do cardios, light weight and high reps . . cuz taking the same approach I have won't help me with fighting . . .

    this is my workout plan so far . . 5 to 7 days a week . . .

    30 to 45 minute run @ medium pace on the treadmill . . .
    45 minutes to 1 hour of light weightlifting . . .
    30 to 45 minutes swimmling laps . . .
    eat . . .
1 hour to hour and a half of working the heavy bag, speed bag and duck n weave bag . . .

    whatcha think about this? . . .

my question is . . when doing light weight, high reps . . should I work a particular body part a day? . . or should I do more of a circuit training . . how many sets? . . how many excersises? . . how many reps? . . .

    thanks bros . . .

You should seperate your cardio from your training! I'd recommend doing all your running or swimming in the morning. In the afternoon or night do your training (speedbag, heavybag, sparring, etc.)
