Tito will take a UD or tko(cut) against Forrest. The last person Tito actually beat up was a banged up Shamrock. Then he lost to Couture dodged Liddell then finally faced Liddell and got beatdown. Then he won a razor thin decision against Belfort(I believe Belfort won). So Tito will beat Forrest chances are but not beat him down. Shamrock is on the very tailend of his career and Tito can probably beat up on a "should have retired" Shamrock.

I hope Shamrock retires after this fight. I luv Shamrock and i have been a fan of his since UFC1, which i did see live...but he should have retired while he was on top. Tito will put him into retirement this time around.

Forrest's is one tough mutherfukker. So is Tito, he's a favorite of mine I must say. I personally think he's gonna get rocked a few times by Forrest and maybe submit Forrest on the ground.
Shamrock, well, thats not gonna be good, but ya never know, good ol Rocky came back didn't he?

Tito will beat Forrest and Shamrock. Shamrock will not lose as easily as last time tho!! (although, anything can happen in any one of those fights...)

Shamrock and Ortiz are the current coaches on TUF3. I think the two them will fight at the finals show in June. The show was supposed to start taping on Jan5/06. There is no love loss between those two, so with the show building up the fight it should be a good one. As far as Forrest, he seems to have talent and can take a punch, I just wonder if he ready for Tito.

Shamrock is a legend when it comes to MMA but when he left for WWF back in 1996 was a good choice money wise but a very bad timing for MMA cause the sport has evolved so much and when he came back in 2000 he never cought up. He came back to big and gased out real fast, was way to much into is WWF persona.
I still have a lot of respect for Ken, i met him in a strip club after a WWF show back in 1998 and he is in real life a great guy, he will shake your hand and talk to you, but sadly is time has passed.
Ken would need to can the juice and realize that for MMA is not worth it, train is cardio and comeback strong to beat ortiz, i dont know how he trains in the Lion Den, what he does but is last fights have been awful.
I too would be cheering for Forrest against Tito, Tito really sucked in all of is bouts after he beat Shamrock at UFC40. And its a good thing he didnt sign with Pride he would have been killed out there against the best fighters in the world.
