lol he is a bit chubby but it's not like he trains to look pretty. he probably just naturally has more fat cells in his body than some of the more ripped fighters.

Did you guys see Aleks looks like he lost about 40lbs for the New Years Eve Pride? It looks like he might have lost a little power too though.

He dropped that weight about 2-3 fights ago.....i think after the cro-cop fight. He's so much faster and had brutal knockouts at the lighter weight.

In Aleks last fight Nastula gave him a real hard time and in fact was within an inch of submitting Aleks in an arm bar but Aleks held on and was able to get out of it. It was a very very close fight. Go to Youtube.com and type in Alexander Emelianenko and they should have it on there for you to watch. Honestly I dont think that he's ever gonna be a champ but he'll make it to the top 5.

I dont know you could def be right, I think we have yet to see more of Nastula. in his Nog fight he was dead exhausted in 2 minutes but did ok before that. I'm actually interested in seeing more of him and I hope Pride gives him a matchup that wont send him to the slaughter house so we can see what he's capable of.
