Working out / training
Just curious how you guys balance your work outs with your training.
I train 5 days a week atleast. Classes are about 1 hour long of instruction and 20-30 minutes of sparing. 2 of those are "open-matt" where it is no instruction and maybe 1 and half hour straight of sparring. With that i only have time to work out MWF for an hour or so.
I'm just curious how every one else balances it out :|

I train mon,wed,fri 2 hr sessions and Lift weights sun,tue,thur,sat. Its hard in the body but well worth it IMO

i train tuesday and thursday 1 hour, weights on wed and fri, and on sat i train or do the weights whatever i fancy. Have to have Mondays off hate them.
