You have got to be kidding me. I know that this is your boy War but this is some straight up Lutter shit. 7lbs? You really can't have an excuse for that. Alves was 3 over for the Hughes fight with a bad ankle sprain and everyone still killed him for it. Does Filho even care at this point? In that picture he looks horrible, borderline fat. You do remember that bet we had on this fight right????

But trust me, that was just a bad pic, he is nowhere near fat.
If i had to guess, hes BF% is around 13 or 14%. He still has abs, well sorta...
He said he was in much better shape this time, but i guess not.
Thats what happens when you train in Massachusetts i guess. Look at GG.
He should come back to BTT, we can make him an animal again.
Well have to wait and see tomorrow. It sucks cause i dont have versus, i dont know where im gonna watch it!!!

Well I watched and it was terrible. I hate to say I told you so, but in my mind they both looked aweful. Sonnen is not that good in the scheme of things but Filho looked terrible. What is up with that?

Sonnen was just cautious and took the win without risking much. Its not like there was a belt on the line. So does this mean Filho will be stripped of the belt? It should.

there is no real belt to strip at this time. The middleweights in WEC will be absorbed by the UFC. If Sonnen or Filho want they belt they will have to beat Cote for it! J/K

Well fellas, i just got off the phone with Josuel.
Looks like Ely wants to fight Sonnen AGAIN!
But i dont know where.
He also says he plans to move to LHW and that the cut is becoming to difficult for him.
And, he is moving to LA.
Which is nice, i got his # from Josuel, and it looks like i will have a new sparring partner for a while...
