right now im doing BJJ for 1 to two hours a day. today i started an hour long kickboxing class on top of it. i would like to incorporate lifting somewhere in there but im so freakin sore when i get up in the morning and throughout the day i cant even walk. i did just start back after a year and a half hiatus with no excersise at all.

so the plan is to do bjj everyday and lift one day and do muay thai the next. but like i said im not recovering. what can i do to speed the recovery process along because there is NO way i can keep doing bjj and alternate lifting and muay thai bein all sore like this. i get so confused with reading all these different opinions.
