    help me

    i am a college football player who just had surgery on my groin for both my adductor muscles i pulled. what can i take for steroids to speed the process up. i dont want to risk reinjuring it. i have taken juice before.

    i personally woulkd just work hard on natural rehab until i was back to my old self.

    yeah bro work hard. . do lots of plyos and speed work to build it back up. Dont take any sauce unless the doc says its cool

    No reason for juicing yourself. Natural is the key.

    IF your muslces are pulled off the bone and the tendon is screwed then juice isn't the answer.. juicde casuses muslce to grow REALLY fast BUT it reduces tendon grwoth..

    so if you have tendon problems juice is not good


    if its pulled muscle juice can help...
