my biggest weakness in football is my 'start'.

I dont know what type of start you are talking about, but just in case its a DL stance i will tell you this,

Coming out of your stance tell yourself you are going to try and get your first step with your backfoot off before your hand comes off the ground. By doing this you will force your body to come out lower, and you will create more speed and explosion coming out, and you will out an OL on his fat ass.

    ah the 40 is easy.

line your feet up heel to toe, either your right or left foot back depending on your preference. and just put your hand down in front you, real far in front of you, like a sprinters stance. 75% of your body weight should be in front of you. Ass high the air, and your off hand drawn back adn facing up, when you start swing the off hand forward, while simultaneosely taking the first step. stay low, and sprint that 40.

Cant help ya with the RB stance.

I play with the real men in the trenches

    Good luck bro.

as far as RB stance goes....it should all depend on the play, you gotta know what you are trying to accomplish on that givin play from the get go. whether you are on your toes, heels, if its a counter, whatever. if its a straight iso sit up on those toes hard, dont flinch and know your snap count, if you want to hit that line you will
