    got injured, need advice

i pulled my hamstring during spring ball for the first time ever. never had a problem with either ham before. i pulled it again last week and camp starts in like 2-3weeks. i was on prop when i first pulled it and it healed up pretty quick. i was planning on doing just a 10 shot bottle to get a lil pump goin but now that i have done this i dont think i should because from what i understand, they will make me more prone to injury. but i need to heal up quickly to be ok for camp. any advice would be appreciated.

REST REST REST. RICE RICE RICE.. FIRST REST FOR A COUPLE DAYS WHILE APPLYING ICE AND TAKING NAPROXEN SODIUM AND GETTING LOTS OF ULTRASOUND AND STEM TO KEEP SCAR TISSUE FROM BUILDING.. WHEN A ALL SORENESS AND PAIN IS GONE BEGIN LIGHT STRECTHING AND JOG ABOUT 72 HRS AFTER. THE MAIN THING IS TO PROGRESS SLOWLY, AND WHEN YOU FEEL WELL REST ANOTHER WEEK. IF YOU CAN I WOULD TRY AND REHAB THREE TIMES A DAY.. LIKE THIS:

GO IN AND PUT HEAT ON IT FOR 20MIN AND ULTRASOUND FOR 20MIN FOLLOW BY LIGHT STRECTHING THEN TRY SOME LIGHT DRILLS AND JOGGING, COME IN AND DO STEM TREATMENT WITH ICE FOR 20MIN. REPEAT 3TIMES A DAY..
