    Achilles tendon/calve pain

    Hey Bros, I wonder if y'all can help me with any info.
    I've been having this nagging pain in my left achilles tendon/calf area when I do cardio/run. it goes away after a while, but does come back pretty consistently.
    Should I be worried/consult a physician?

    i would easy off the cardio stuff stick with short stuff, ice after each training session and take some advil or nparoxen. im pretty sure some rest would do the trick.

    20min after workouts at least 3x daily..
