Post Your Opinions
Ok, I will be training jiu jitsu and boxing 2-3 days a week and weight lifting 3 days a week.
I would like knowledgeable opinions on a weight lifting program for strength and speed ( add plyometrics if you favor them). I have done a lot of research on this subject and would like to see some other opinions. Most of the research I did was form BFS.
