    Hell yeah...........

Jumping rope is a great exercise for Football! Try speed jump ropping for a goal of 50 furious jumps and do that for 10 sets. Jump on the balls of your feet. Makes me feel quick as f@## on the court and field!

    here try this:
like 1 minute normal jump rope
    1 min right leg only
    1 min left leg only
1 min where you switch legs each jump
1 min skier, you know just jump side to side
    try that speed one reccomended
these times i just guessed on, you can change them to your liking

playa wrote a good little jump rope routine but do 3 sets of it and put it at the beginning of your plyo work out. It is great for football, great for foot speed.
