Has anyone ever lost aerobic capacity on gear?
I am on my 9th day of Winny Inj./NPP Inj./Test Inj. and have had a marked decrease in fitness. Two weeks ago I was at the highest point in my training and now I am literally almost back to square one . I have a race in 9 days and am very concerned. Should I dump this stuff or give it a chance to kick in and just assume that I have overtrained?

What distance do your run I need some more info so I can help you out
stuff like pumps and all would be very bad for running also running is all about power to weight so keep your weight down, etc etc but give me more info dude and i'll try to help you out, cheers
