    Exclamation Just finished season

Hey guys do any of you have a good workout plan for post season after you are done. Last game was 2 weeks ago and I would like to know if any workouts exist that can help strengthen any tissue damage to ligaments and joints that occured during the season. Coaches let us go on our own until start of second semester but hell that is not until Jan 16! Keep in mind I'm at a small school with no real S/C program but I don't want to waste any opportunities to get better.
