should I take this.(a <51 400H runner)

Hi,
i am kind of new with steroids, now my coach want me to use some oral stuff for a few weeks.
they are:
dianabol, avavar and winstrol
but i heard stories about winstrol staying in your system for quite a long time, is this true?
total dosage about 60mg day

my pre-season starts in june, and my nationals are in juli.
the plan was to stop using 7 weeks before the nationals. Is this early enough?
or can i use it longer.
- also i heard that nolvadex/chlomid had to be used.
can anybody tell me about it?
maybe about possible side effects , results etc.

I have never used anything but creatine before.

I'll reply to this when i get a bit more time, it requires quite a detailed answer in a lot of fronts IMO. Before I answer you though tell me more info, ie. Age, distances run - i'm assuming events under 400m and weight, body fat. cheers. All this will be relevant to my answer.

weight 70
body fat:15(gained some on prep period)
normal is about 10%

How does dianobol benifit a sprinters i for some reason thought it wasnt a good steroid for sprinters

Ok well winstrol is great for speed and would quite possibly be beneficial for you although the testing time will be quite high unless you get your bodyfat down to something nearing 5% as the metabolites even as an oral can hang around for months on sensitive tests. Anavar is good but is a killer for endurance athletes. Might make the hurdles harder. I have no experience 1st or second or even third hand with dianobol. Has your coach had any amazing athletes...Just interested if this program has worked with anyone before...

i want to meet the coach that is telling you to do this. i went D1 in track and basketball. never.....never....was there any "suggestion". athletes chose on their own(i did not during those years), but never did a coach suggest it. i'm very suprised at this. not suprised from the stand point of wanting, but from suggesting it

my coachs has worked with several athletes on world class level.
as she talked a\bout the "use" of enhancement drug, she kind of mentioned it would be beneficial for us to(the coach used to train jumpers).
for better power and speed. so as we worked longer together, we are now at a point to really try some of the juice.

- since in my country there are no tests at all, winnny might not be a big problem. BUt i'll work on getting body fat in the region of 6-7%
- Do you know anything that is good for me, if anavar is a killer that would be a bad thing.

I don't know but would supervar benefit a sprinter. Its a combination of dbol and var.

ok i'll stay off the winny than./
I did some var and dianabol for a few weeks. training is going very well.
lactic work is a bit hard to do. hope in the long run i'll benefeit from it.

thanks for all input , if someones knows more and like to share it please do.. for my future plans it might be handy.
