Just wanted to say hello
New to this board....have played ball my entire life except the last 7 years....I played Juco ball (1 year) and played for a prestigious team in the WAC (1 year) before quitting school and partying it up too much. I pitched (90-93 consistently back then) but this was 7 years ago....I finally got my life back in order (no more partying, married and settled down). I am graduating with my MBA next month, so life is good. But I miss ball, badly and have many friends in the pros now....I was even better than them back then. I am a bit out of shape now 6'0" 225lbs (18-20%bf).....I threw the other day for the first time and threw 88mph (numerous times) and this is of course being out of shape.....My only dilema is, how many scouts are going to be intersted in a 27 year old (next month), even if I can get my velocity to up around 95mph....Which I am pretty sure I can do...Any takers.....I am about to go through an extensive workout regimine and diet plan (tailored by a nutritionist). I think it will take me about 8 months to get where I need to be....
