hye guys spring ball starts monday im on cycle no worry of testing but i need some suggestions for pre/post practice we go for 4 hours a day and it terrible for strength and mucle we'll work out 2 days a week with weights but i need to be sure im still amking as much gains as possible, also im on winny anyone no anyvitamins or **** that will help with muscle cramps/ thanx bro's
