Looking for running and lifting excersises for Summer!
I play D2 college football and i was looking if anyone had any good weight lifting programs to put some mass on and also any speed workouts to get my 40 time down. I am currently 6'5, 245 and play tight end. Im looking to gain about 5-10 pounds this summer. Im also about 13% body fat so anything will help.
