what bout sust for speed

Running hills, Sprint workouts, Squats, Leg press.. alot of things.. But training for speed is much better, do lots of sprint workouts.. And im not sure if sust is good for speed, some people say its not.. i dont know

no i am mostly trying to get big and i like sutanon..but now im off of it anyways and im on suspension

im almost positive sust is not good for speed, it gives you too much of a bloat.

if anything id say prop or suspension, anavar or winny, winny with prop gave me nice results but like champ said running sprints and hills and shit is the best work with plyo metric types of training also im doing it as of now and i already feel myself improving.
