I need to loose some fat FAST!
Hi,
i am trying to loose some fat at the moment i got 30millimeter measured with skin fold meter(bicep-tricep, shoulder, side stumach/3-5-11-11) wich is around 13%. :help: :help:
i want to go to at least 8%, but somehow this is going very slow.
I have still 8 weeks untik major competitions. Anybody have some tips.
i heard efedrine stackers do good things, but i also heard they had some side effects that aren't good for long sprinter/middle distance runners.
If any expert on diets/supple,emts is around. please relpy or mail me.
