    throwing injury

i recently started playing in a city softball league. it has been about a year since i have really thrown a softball. i normally play outfield and i have noticed that as soon as i throw the ball relatively hard, i get this nagging pain just below my bicep. i have tried warming up longer before games, but it doesn't seem to help. the pain seems to last for a few days afterward. anybody experienced anything like this before?

it's not my elbow that hurts though. it feels like it's a tendon just below my bicep. the reason why this pain is unusual is because i always go quite some time between playing sports and i have never had this problem before.

i think it's prolly just naggin soreness bro. give it some time, rest as much as possible, ice it, and elevate it. that's all the doc is gonna tell u anyways prolly haha. and u aint gotta pay for it, cause i just saved u money haha.
