Recovery Var Cycle

I'm 11 months off a full cuff repair and looking to do a Var cycle to help me recover and get back to pro ball quick, with some added strength. This will be my first.

Here are my stats: 5'11" 165, 5% BF

I'm looking for help in constructing a cycle. Also, should I throw in some Prop or Enanthate as well?

id say run test prop at 100mg ED if you can handle it but its your first...it hurts like a moter ****er so be prepared, but id sy run the var at 40mg ED for 8 weeks along witht the prop if you want, that should be a nice cycle, i got great results from my winny prop cycle and that was with a low dose of prop gl bro.

What hurts so bad, each injection? I'm only looking to keep 10lbs max, not trying to blow up. Still think that dosage sounds right for me?
