i hurt my shoulder like 2 months ago. I thought it would be better by now, but its not. It hurts whenever I complete a throwing motion. E.I. throwing a football, baseball, a paper clip, etc. The pain is not enough that cant throw at all, but I definitely am afraid to try and throw hard. And once I warm up for awhile, it becomes better. But I know something is messed up with my shoulder.
what should I do?
and what exercises would be good to make it better?
