Speed Steriod

im 5'10, 215 right now..i run a 4.7 40...last year i was about 195 and ran a 4.6 40....i wasnt satisfied with my 4.6 last year and now that ive gained some weight my 40 has gotten slower...are there any roids to help out with speed....that i could take for a small amount of time and just put my 40 down in the 4.4-4.5ish??i wanna stay at the weight i am just get faster..my strength and size is good i just need the speed

Track And Feild could prolly help
maybe somthing like Anavar (u wont gain too much weight ) but u need to take that for awhile before it starts working

var isnt bad but it may give you bad pumps in ur calves and lower back... i would try furz.

it doesnt matter what steroid you take! its all in training. the only difference a steroid might make is if it bloats you. you dont want bloat.

u just gotta cut weight, build your upper and rip your legs that is what i did and i went from 4.8's to 4.4's if u are 5'10 215 your legs are prob big go cardio and poly non stop and just keep up your upper body then eventually u will be about 200 or 195. your upper body can help alot with your straight line speed your legs can only go as fast as your arms

trian speed m-w-f and tempo work tue/thur:
mon focus on more 10-40yd
wed: more flying 30's
fri: more hills between 30-60yds

Perhaps you have gained too much weight even if it is muscle and that is why you are slower this year? I can't see anything but winny or anavar speeding you up.
