    Century Bike Ride

    Hey...I'm gonna train for a century bike ride at the beginning of next year...

    100 mile ride...probably gonna kill me, but we'll see!

    I was just wondering if anyone has completed one and if you had a good training schedule/routine for one please post...thanks for the help!

    I did a 65 mile one day ride for charity when I was in college. I didn't really train for it but I was in good shape from playing racquetball 4 nights a week so it wasn't too bad. so I guess I am no help huh?! (other than bumping your thread)

    Well, thanks anyway...I'm in pretty good shape and teach spinning classes throughout the week...

    just was wondering if anyone had some type of training program...BUMP!

    outdoor cycling and indoor cycling can't compare....there is no substitute for miiles in the saddle...start racking them up......buy an indoor wind trainer(computrainer).....or a pair of rollers and get cracking.,

    what kind of bike will u be riding?
