    get lean

    im about to start my furzazbol cycle on mon and i am tryin to lean up, i need some advice on my diet.. since i am a athlete my body dont respond well to the low carb thing. i lift 4 days a week and run 4 week. since this is my first yr doin track only my coach has me doin alot of fitneess type stuff like below. since this is the summer all times are slow now they will begin to get faster. my best are 60m 6.82/100m 10.5 im 5'7 200, bench 330, squat 505 and clean 315

    I would say you could probably use some weight loss. 5'7" and 200lbs? That is pretty damn big for a sprinter. I don't know anything about furazabol, I am actually surprised you found it, so I can't comment on that. Also, where are the weights in your program. And did your coach design that for you?

    there a strength and power program also.. i play rb so thats why im 200 i was 215. what kind of diet tips u have i just want to get leaner.. my football career isnt done yet..

    To get leaner I would cut down on the carbs and increase your intake of good fats (oils). But since you are training a lot as well you still need a decent amount of carbs. If track isn't your #1 sport then I wouldn't worry about losing too much weight.

    i wish there was a way for me to maintain my weight but decrease my bodyfat. im bout 8-10 and would like to get down to about 6.

    Furazabol is exactly like winstrol .

    Do you know you fat%. Just cut you calories a bit, with that training you will lose fat. If you dont want to cut the carbs, dont. Calories is what matters, i would say that 2500cal would lean you up without loosing muscle.

    thanks man, great info, we get these shakes and im not sure if they are ok to take if im trying to get lean. they have 370cal/40carbs/26pro/1fat/10mct/2epa/dha my coaches say they are ok to take but im worry about the carbs to protien ratio they are made www.sandcosports.com Nitromax.. i was suppose to be starting my furaz cycle on mon but i think my friend gave me the wrong tabs bc they look just like the bd 10mg tabs, so i may have too wait.

    Sounds like a Very good post-workout shake even if you are trying to get lean your post-workout shakes are VERY important, cut your calories from your other meals

    Dont worry to much about the ratio between carb/fat/protein, those are just guide lines, Does´nt have to be perfect.

    Getting down to 6 is hard, very hard. I think bodybuilders are at 4 when they get on stage, so that should show you how low 6 is.

    guys i need some help im going to start taking clenduterol on i was wondering should i stop taking ephedra free fat burner???

    Clenbuterol Precautions

    CNS stimulants, for instance ephedrine, are not advised to use with clenbuterol as the negative side effects would be exaggerated.
    Before the use of clenbuterol, consult a physician if you have heart or thyroid diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty in urination due to an enlargement of the prostate gland or if you are taking any prescription medications. Do not use clenbuterol if you are currently taking or have recently taken MAO inhibitor medications.

    Use clenbuterol with caution in hypersensitive and diabetic individuals and in individuals with latent or clinically recognized angle closure glaucoma, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, prostatic hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, urinary retention.

    Safety for use in pregnancy and lactation has not been established.

    Clenbuterol may impair the mental and/or physical abilities needed for certain potentially hazardous activities such as driving a car or operating machinery.


    Clenbuterol Side Effects

    The most common is muscle cramps which a potassium supplement, helping to maintain the electrolyte status, would drastically reduce.
    Possible side effects of clenbuterol also include restlessness, palpitations, tremor, headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, possible muscle spasms, increased blood pressure and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the intake of clenbuterol.


    Clenbuterol Overdose

    Clenbuterol can cause sudden death at very high dosages.
    If overdose of clenbuterol is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

    hey guys i got my bodyfat tested this morning i was 5'7 196 @ 7.5%. i would like to be around 5% by late nov, i think its possbile with the var, clen and fat burner.
