    clen?

    whats up guys i hope every1 is having a good summer getting ready for this upcoming season...

    im 19 now, 188, 6'0"... ive been doing well with my training naturally but i have been considering adding something to give myself an extra edge...i been reading about clenbuterol 100-140 mcg's for 10 weeks.

    im looking to add strength and hold on to my muscle gains, and it looks like that is what clen does...

    let me kno what u think

    80mcg to 120mcg is a good dose to run... I've ran it as high as 160mcg
    and got terrible headaches from that dose... I stick with 120mcg for my
    peak dose... Some guys respond well to Clen , some don't.... Works good
    for me... I run it 1 week on 1 week off...

    You'll hear guys running it a few ways... 2 weeks on with 2 weeks off using
    ECA during the 2 weeks off... Some find it more effective 2 days on 2 days
    off... You need to see what works for you... Anything longer then 2 weeks
    and I find it really loses it's effects...

    Also the part about clen being a mild anabolic /holding onto muscle gains
    would require a dose so high it'd probably kill you... Just think of it as a
    fat burner and nothing more and use your diet as the way to hang onto
    muscle as you diet down.. (i.e. high protein, keep the intesity up in the
    gym)

    I would try eca stack first. Eca is a good energy boost and strength gainer. You dont gain to much strength I think that varies between person to person. Who knows you might even like eca so much that nothing else is necissary. But like any other supplement you take , follow guidlines and use with moderation .

    Also what some people left out (and I do realize that this is not a problem for some people) is that clen can have a detrimental effect on your endurance. I read posts where people claim that it will not hurt your endurance in any way but I like to make my decisions based on what happens in real life and the only two people I know who took clen suffered from this problem.

    hey guys whats up? I wanted to start running a cylce of clen , and I wanted to know how good the effects of it are? how i should run it, and what i should be taking with it, n e help would be great, thanks guys, o by the way just finished up a cycle of dnp a few weeks ago

    I feel that DNP is better as far as fat loss.
