I recently had shoulder surgery and wanted some advise on possible stuff I can take to help the recovery process. Unlike our great athletes in track and field I don't know anyone to make me some undetecable stuff, so I need something thats in and out of the system fast, please let me know if you have suggestions

Some igf-1 might help you at a low dose like 10-20mcg's ed. Are you a top 50 or top 100 athlete.
yea iam on the drug list so its risky
Test Suspension will get out quick, but might not be what you are looking for as far as your shoulder.
HGH will help you recover the best...and they don't test for it (yet). Great if you can afford it.
