sprinter newbie
hello just joined the forum, been looking for a track and field forum for a long time. ive been bodybuilding for 3 years now and have just recently started training for the sprint as i want to compete.
my 100 meter time is under 12 seconds and i am hoping to be doing it in the low 11s by the end of the year before starting the juice.
i am just posting to ask how much juice would help ur 100m sprint time. and what juice cycle wud be best i was thinking anavar + winny.
and any tips for improving speed would be nice.
