    Drills

If you need any help with drills or workout tips for baseball, I am all about it. I have been playing baseball for over 14 years, so I know quite a bit about how to keep in the RIGHT shape for baseball.

I have college ball experience, which Im doing right now at a 4 year. What kind of advice do you want? I can give you a whole workout routine if you want. With a training regiment as well.

my favorite stretches are forearm and shoulder stretches since it seems I get hurt there the most. Just do wrist curls really help me out and some over the shoulder stretches. I also use the stretch where you put your two arms behind your back and have someone pull your arms together. It works really well especially for a pitcher or an outfielder which I am
