9.5 is possibe, 19 i dont think that will ever happen you would have to be running 9.5 from start to finish that wont happen.. For the 400 theres always a possibility if someone can start quick and keep that pace up then maybe.. Thats if they find something thats better than EPO maybe by 2020 since they should of that stem cell stuff working for athleates by then

100m dash under 9.5 seconds - Definitely. Might be 30, 40, 50 years but it will happen.

200m under 19 seconds - I think this can be done as well. Johnson ran the second 100m in 9.2! Someone will go under 10 around the curve and do it.

As for the rest, I really don't know enough about the events to make a good guess, but I would think that one day they will all be that low.

Well over 98m as been thrown and few young people young people have thrown over 91m. I think 101 in the jave is more likly then 23.5m in the shot. No one has thrown over 22.5m in awhile.

I think the 200 m can be run in 19. That 400m time is pretty fast but it would be amazing to see someone go under 40. I dont know if that 800 time will ever be reached, if I'm doing my math right that 42.5 second 400 splits, that guy would be cruising. But then again with technology and better training is going to come faster and further performances. Its about time that Randy Barnes record is broken.

The world record for Jave is over 98.45 meters bro. Thats almost 325 feet. And for the disus the world record I think is over 75m or close to it.

I know Jan Zelezny of the chzeck republic set it.No one will ever break his record thats why he is the greastest jav chucker of all time.and for the discus didnt alekna throw just barely over 230 this year?Its more believable that someone will throw over 80 in the disc then over 100 in the jav, unless they bring back the old javelin then there would be 10 guys at least over 101.

As far as I know gene doping is not yet a reality but by 2008 Olympics maybe. But myotosin inhibitors are real. And Hellmask there are a few young guys throwing over 91m so maybe in 2008 a few will be pretty close to the record.

just tero pitkamaki, hes the only to throw over 90 meters since the russian sergey makarov in 2002.and hes barely over 90.Zelezny's 98.87 or whatever it is will never be broken. NEVER!

If Breaux Greer is healthy and doesnt bend at the plant leg, he is the only one i know of that will come close to it right now, and by close i mean around 95meters that would be amazing, but still very far from 98.87meters.
