WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PREVENT injurys while on cycle
do you guys know of any routines that would help in preventing tears and injurys while on cycle? say drinking more water etc.

Proper warmups with alot of stretching, and being smart not to max your body during every practice or workout.

I'm a believer that while on steroids your intensity should increase but not your volume. Of course, this should happen naturally as the drugs kick in. For example, if you normally bench say 315 for 5 reps, now you would do maybe 330 for 5 reps. And if you run 40m sprints in say 5 seconds, you would now run them in 4.8 or something. So intensity goes up, but volume doesn't. Others may disagree, but this is my take on it.
