    Anyone going to 2008 Olympics

    I'm really thinking about going it would be a real cool trip. And I think some records are going to be broken in 2008 but will see.

    sprint cycling. I don't juice. I've got to test 1/2 dozen times a year. Guess i could use gh or igf, but the run would have to be so short i wouldnt benefit.

    You only are supposed to run igf-1 for 4-6weeks.

    ill probably be there since i live there.. only thins is we are supposed to leave just before but i think we'll extend for it. mt, you really in the olympics?? if so, thats sweet. ill have to look for you!

    not there yet....but thats what i train for!!!.....i'm on the radar screen......just got to get faster and bigger!!! I medaled this year @ our nationals...so i'm getting there

    Hey mealticket,

    i know this is a fairly broad question, and off topic, but what sort of training plan do you follow? I'm pretty much a beginner at track cycling (mainly sprint ie match, keirin, maybe kilo) and its hard to get any info on sprint specific training.

    (i tried a PM, but it wouldnt let me for some reason).
