can n e one reccomend any good stimulants that would boost performance. i would probably only take them before a meet or other special circumstances. i looked at ephredra but feel a little uneasy about the risks and possible long term damage. what do yall think?

im not necessarly scared to take ephedra, i would just like to know more about it before taking it, due to its bad reputation.

good stuff better than epherdra. OH and the only way ephedra will hurt you is if you overdose or you have health problems already.Quote:
