    My track cycle

    I am gonna a D and T bol cycle.
    I am doing 20mg ed of tbol for 10 weeks and 10-15 mg of d bol for 10 weeks
    I will also take weekedns off of each. I am a sprinter looking for strength and lean muscle. what do you guys think.

    u r pretty much taking the samething.. if anything u could try 15mg of tbol and 20mg of var u should be able to get a good 10-15lbs in 8 weeks if u training is correct.. why r u trying to get put on weigth as sprinter...

    not trying to put weight on that is why i am taking low doses fo dbol . I will monitor my weight. If i do start to get heavy i will stop the dbol.

    no need for dbol and tbol.. i would go with tbol.

    Dude, this is not a very good cycle. I would just run the tbol at 30-40mg/ed for like 6-8 weeks. The East Germans ran tbol only with their Olympic athletes and had great success. Combining a tiny amount of tbol with an even smaller amount of dbol just makes no sense. None at all.

    I hear yall well i got a great deal on about 400 dbol pills so i will try it a see what happens, shit what i got to lose?

    Uhm, a cycle. Instead of running this crappy cycle, you could be running a good cycle. This isn't like taking some vitamins and then deciding well that didn't work I will just switch to something else. You're gonna get shut down and you're going to beat on your liver, so you will have to take a break after this cycle. Worst of all you will probably get very little from it. But hey, it's your time do whatever you want with it.

    ok ok i guess it was a dumb idea, I will do the tbol 30mg for 8 weeks, should i take weekends off or no. Also should i split them up or what, I hear the half life is 8-16 hours, how should i split then up or take them all at once thx.

    15mg in the morning, 15mg in the evening. If they are 10mg pills do 20/10. And yes, you take it everyday weekends included. I would be very interested in hearing your results on this cycle, I think you will be pleased.

    ya bro keep the tbol at something like 30mg 40mg of t-bol for 6wk or even 8 if you choose. t-bol for me took about 5-7 days to kick in then everythings all good.. good luck

    I still have one week left on my cycle but so far i love this stuff. My recovery is great and my strength has jumped up quite nicely. I have ran some pretty fast times on the track with it being this early iin the season.
    Im gonna take four weeks off and jump back on it.
