I'm wondering if this makes any sense for speed.
I'm currently running 300mg of Enth p/week + 40mg Var ED.
I started the cycle @ 5'11" 170lbs and am up to 177 now. My plan is to try and get to 190 or so while continuing my speed training and then eventually cut down to about 180 before the season (baseball).
Will training at a heavier weight make me faster once I drop the lbs again?
Speed is too much a part of my game to put on too much weight.
