Sprinting with Tbol!or?

Hey you all!
I badly need advice on starking and would deeply appreciate any posistive inputs!
This would be my second stark.I,ve missed outa the indoors caus of injury and only have a chance for the outdoors!
I had used winny but on my first,as far as i can see!,for a sprinter,WAS SHIT!!..HEDIUOS PUMP on thighs and calf!!...STIFF I WAS!!:frown:
I got me some T-Bol-British dragon.....now this is what i wish to kno.,
HOW DO I PLAN THIS CYCLE AND WITH WHICH OTHER AAS?..
Please y,all bear in mind am a Sprinter not a Bodybuilder!..
And sooo frustrated:frown:

if i was you i would take var in very low dosages, that would do the trick..

var gives bad pumps sometimes even at low dosages. especially for a sprinter

what are bad pumps?

no they will not at 20mg ed and if they do take l taurine..

excessive blood flow in the muscle causing it to "pump" up and can be painful/annoying...

30-40mg ed for upt to 5 weeks

at any dose, taurine or not, you'll have to try it..

lower back "pumps" and pain are real with var..

but i've played softball 3x week double headers, and sand volleyball 2x week on the stuff..

good luck with the tbol.. i have some and am about to do the same with the tbol..

Not even the same output nor intensity as sprinting

when you are 45 yrs old, and 215 lbs 12% bf 5' 9" it is.. and oh.. i'm a sprinter, but not competatively..

I see what you're saying, but even at my level of performance the var gave bad back pumps, but not anything that stopped me..

ya var gives some back pumps.. but you will get by it
