I badly need advice on starking and would deeply appreciate any posistive inputs!
This would be my second stark.I,ve missed outa the indoors caus of injury and only have a chance for the outdoors!
I had used winny but on my first,as far as i can see!,for a sprinter,WAS SHIT!!..HEDIUOS PUMP on thighs and calf!!...STIFF I WAS!!:frown:
I got me some T-Bol-British dragon.....now this is what i wish to kno.,
HOW DO I PLAN THIS CYCLE AND WITH WHICH OTHER AAS?..
Please y,all bear in mind am a Sprinter not a Bodybuilder!..
