    final week prep

    how does the final week of contest prep look like? any outlines? i would like to be enlighten on the conventional way/steps in which i should carry out the plan..show is 5 weeks from now..pls help guys..

    there actually is one such detailed final week prep...its by MIKE_XXL..however,i would like to see more examples of this kinda preparation ..especially from those who have used MIKE's theory before..
