I've done thousands of them.
Abdominal: Vertical Fold
Triceps: Vertical Fold
Biceps: Vertical Fold
Chest: Diagonal Fold
Medial Calf: Vertical Fold
Midaxillary: Vertical Fold
Subscapular: Diagonal Fold
Suprailiac: Diagonal Fold
Thigh: Vertical Fold
You have to have someone else perform these on you. Any fitness facility "should" have trained professionals, but. . .
Good Luck and if you have any other questions, let me know

So what is the calculations?
How did you learn about this?
I work at a YMCA and we do a 7 site. I am also training for an ACE cert in October and BA in Exercise/next year. No one I have ran into has seen or heard of it.

Hey man, these are ACSM guidelines. American College of Sports Medicine. Not for sure where to get pics, books have them. Do a search for ACSM on the web and see if you can find them. The calculations are adapted from Jackson and Pollock, they are long as crap. Make sure the number of sites you test correlate with the formula you use. What school do you go to? Ask your professors, if they haven't heard of ACSM then change school, hehe.
