    Arrow training opinion

    How many times a week do you guys feel it to be optimal to workout the following bodyparts without being counter productive: Abs, calves, traps, and forearms.....

    I do abs every 2 days traps once a week cos there a strong point for me forearms twice a week with biceps, calves once a week with quads and then later in the week with hamis.
